You can download a data set of 2D-substrate Thermal Boundary Conductance (TBC) of 156 pairings of 2D materials and substrates here: 2DsubstrateTBCdata
The data set is an Excel file with the name of 2D material in column 1, name of substrate material in column 2, and the coupling constant in column 3. The rest of the columns are the values of 16 descriptors, followed by the TBC calculated from our model.
